Golden Thread - Group Coaching Experience

1-1 Coaching Experience

In this bespoke 8-week experience, you’ll awaken new possibilities, make courageous choices, heal the limiting patterns and stories that have held you back, learn how to embody the most courageous version and follow your heart.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

This is where I get to learn all about you, where you’re at, and what you desire. And this is where YOU get to spill out exactly how you feel - you may just surprise yourself with what you discover from this activity alone.
During this 4-hour intensive session, we’ll get clear on the space between how you feel and how you want to feel so that we can create a blueprint guiding our journey together.
During these sessions, we’ll continue the work so that you make steady progress every week and month. These calls are where we can employ a range of techniques and tools to help you find clarity, make important decisions, and come home to yourself. They can include both life coaching and business coaching, depending on what is needed.
If something arises in between our scheduled sessions, you can reach me through Voxer (a platform that allows you to send voice notes for free), where I can provide feedback and support every step of the way.
During this tailored experience, you’ll receive periodic homework designed to help you tune in, take effortless action, and discover the clarity that already exists within you. Homework may come in the form of journal prompts, videos, books, and at-home exercises.

Golden Thread - Group Coaching Experience

12-week transformational coaching experience and community for entrepreneurs in transition - those who have achieved success on paper but feel stuck inside - blending soulful business strategy with deep personal evolution.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

This is where I get to learn all about you, where you’re at, and what you desire. And this is where YOU get to spill out exactly how you feel - you may just surprise yourself with what you discover from this activity alone.
Together you'll clarify your path, target key areas of transformation, and set intentions for the program. Paying in full secures an extra 1-1 call with Alexander, too.
Twice per month, you'll have a group coaching call with Melyssa, where you'll navigate through what it means to be in metamorphosis, as well as dig deep into your business strategy to create something that is profitable and aligned. You'll also have a monthly group call with our Nervous System Regulation Coach and Community Anchor Coach to ensure you have all the tools you need to support yourself through this period of change.
If something arises in between our scheduled sessions, you can reach me and the others in our group via written message or voice note on Slack, where you’ll receive feedback and support every step of the way.
Each month, you'll be joined by a guest teacher who brings their unique wisdom to support your metamorphosis. These sessions will explore topics like grief, creative expression, and navigating life transitions - the emotional and spiritual terrain that often gets left out of traditional business spaces. You'll gain tools, insights, and practices that nourish not just your work, but your whole self.

Day of Clarity

A private, one-day intensive to gain crystal clarity on your vision, unlock your next strategic steps, and open the aperture of possibility for the transformation ready to unfold.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Before our day together, you’ll fill out a powerful intake questionnaire designed to draw out exactly where you are, where you want to go, and what’s been getting in the way. It’s a chance to pour it all out: your dreams, frustrations, and big questions. Often clients find this process alone brings new insights to the surface.
We’ll start with a private kickoff call to connect, ground your intentions, and make sure we’re fully aligned on your priorities for the day. This is where we get clear on what success looks like for you, so we can shape the day around exactly what will create the most meaningful shifts.
This is your immersive, distraction-free day to focus on you and your next evolution. Together, we’ll map out a clear strategy and step-by-step implementation plan to bring your vision to life, whether that’s restructuring your business, designing a new offer, or stepping into a whole new chapter. You’ll leave with clarity on where you’re headed and how to get there.

Strategy days can be held online, in London, or in Dorset.
A few weeks later, we’ll reconnect for a follow-up session to integrate everything we created. This is your chance to get additional support, fine-tune your plan, and ensure you’re moving forward with ease and confidence.
